We will require your ID and drivers license as well as some sort of proof of your residential address (water and lights account etc.).  We will also scan the disc of your towing vehicle so that needs to be in place, legal and up to date.  You will be required to pay the deposit and the rental up front.  The rental amount can be paid by either card or cash, but we suggest you pay your deposit with cash in order to facilitate returning it to you when you return.  Refunding on card payments can sometimes take up to two weeks and many clients become impatient with the banks’ slow service.
